How long will the product take to process and ship?

The product may take about 3-7 days to process and 2-5 business days to arrive. Please keep in mind that delivery days can fluctuate, and this is only an estimate.

 

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns. All sales are final.

 

Where do you ship to?

As of now, we only ship to the US, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

 

What if my order is damaged or missing?

If your order got damaged whilst shipping, please send a message to [email protected]. Provide your name, tracking number, and a photo of the damaged product. If an email is sent after two days of receiving your product, we will assume that it was damaged after you received it. You will most likely receive a refund or a replacement product. Taxes and shipping fees will not be refunded.

It is not our responsibility if the package got lost in transit. We cannot control the shipping timeline of the product after it is sent to the mail carrier. You may use your order's tracking number to locate the package or contact the mail carrier to file a claim.

If your product becomes damaged or breaks after it arrived, it is not our responsibility.

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs $5.50 USD.

 

Can I cancel my order?
